यूट्यूब चैनल में Standard License और Creative Commons में क्या अंतर है ?

 

Standard License : अगर आप youtube पर विडियो पब्लिश करते समय स्टैण्डर्ड youtube लायसेंस के option को चुनते हे तो इसका मतलब ये हे की उस विडियो को कोई और use नहीं कर सकता और न ही इसे कहीं अपलोड कर सकता है. और अगर कोई इस विडियो को मॉडिफाई करके अपलोड करता तो कॉपीराइट का पात्र माना जायेगा

Creative Commons : क्रिएटिव लायसेंस , स्टैण्डर्ड का जस्ट उल्टा है यानि अगर आप विडियो अपलोड करते समय क्रिएटिव कॉमन लायसेंस चुनते है तो उस विडियो को मॉडिफाई करके कोई और creator दोबारा उसे youtube पर अपलोड कर सकता है. और हाँ इससे उसे कोई कॉपीराइट स्ट्राइक नहीं दे सकता है

अब सवाल उठता है की हम किसी भी विडियो का लाइसेंस पहचानेगे कैसे? तो इसका तरीका बहुत आसान है. सभी विडियो के डिस्क्रिप्शन में लिखा होता है की उस विडियो का लाइसेंस कोनसा है. जैसे इस विडियो पर जाकर देखिये इसको मैने Creative Commons Attribution licence (reuse allowed) लाइसेंस दिया हुआ ह

Standard License: If you choose a standard youtube license option while publishing a video on youtube, it means that no one else can use that video nor upload it anywhere.  And if someone uploads this video by modifying it, then they will be considered as eligible for copyright.

Creative Commons: Creative license is just the opposite of standard ie if you choose a creative common license while uploading a video, then any creator can modify that video and upload it again on youtube.  And yes this does not give him any copyright strike

Now the question arises that how will we recognize the license of any video?  So its method is very easy.  It is written in the description of all videos that the license for that video is which.  For example, by visiting this video, I have given a Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed) license.
